These are the Rosemary/Lemon Mini Cupcakes we made for our friends Amy and Dylan's wedding. Amy did all of the decorating and arrangements herself and it was amazing!! We are so happy to have been a small part of their special day!

Cupcakes!

Who knew cupcakes could be so much fun!? I guess when we started, I wanted to provide vegan alternatives for everyday options. That has changed. I have been experimenting with very interesting flavor combinations and having a blast!

Here are the combos I have tried so far:

lemon cupcakes/rosemary frosting (HUGE favorite!)

blueberry jelly filled cupcakes/blueberry mousse frosting

strawberry jelly filled cupcakes/basil mousse frosting

coconut cupcakes/cilantro frosting

apple cupcakes/cinnamon frosting

pumpkin pie cupcakes/whipped cream frosting

lavender cupcakes/chocolate frosting

cranberry cupcakes/hazelnut frosting
