1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Small Container Vanilla Soy Yogurt (any flavor will do)
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 scoop Vanilla Soy Protein Powder (optional)
If your blender isn't super powerful, I suggest grinding the oats in a coffee grinder or spice grinder first.
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy this healthy breakfast smoothie!
