  1. These cupcakes were prepared by the talented chefs at Peas and Carrots Vegan Foods for my mom's birthday. As soon as the candles were blown out, (yes, birthday cupcakes) they were gobbled up. Who knew these cupcakes would turn out so moist and delish? Thanks Peas and Carrots for showing us we can have our vegan, gluten and soy-free cake and eat it and enjoy it too!
